Privacy & contact

This website is operated by Josh Morrow. For questions about Grid Syndicate or your personal information, email josh@gridsyndicate.io.

The updates you request

The signup form collects your email address to send occasional feature reveals and notification when early-access applications open. You need to confirm your address. Signup does not create a game account or guarantee access.

Brevo manages confirmation, the subscriber list and unsubscribe requests. We send Brevo your email, the version of the consent wording and a broad source label such as “newsletter” or “direct.” We do not send it your full browsing history. We request no email tracking pixel consent through this form.

Spam protection

Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a signup request appears automated. It processes browser and network information under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. The website uses Upstash to store keyed, one-way identifiers derived from an email or IP address for rate limiting. These expire within one hour. It does not keep a separate subscriber database.

Website measurement

Website measurement is currently disabled. When enabled, it will count page views, preview interactions and signup attempts using broad source labels. The counters contain no email, raw IP address, full URL or persistent visitor identifier. Aggregate counts expire after 90 days. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable browser measurement.

Confirmed subscriber totals come from the confirmed, subscribed list in Brevo. Opening a page or submitting the form does not count as confirmation. We do not run advertising pixels or record sessions.

Storage and service providers

Hosting infrastructure may process network information such as IP addresses in its security and access logs. Vercel hosts this website.

An email confirmation link can include an encrypted reference that expires after seven days. It permits a server-side subscription check. The reference is carried in the URL fragment, removed from the address bar and never sent to website analytics.

Your choices

Use the unsubscribe link in any update to stop marketing emails. An unsubscribed address stays suppressed rather than being silently subscribed again. Email Josh to request access, correction, export or deletion, or to ask about resubscribing. We retain active subscriptions until you unsubscribe or request deletion, with limited suppression information as needed to honor your choice.
